In Linux (Ubuntu) or Mac OS, the MTP device operates without additional setting. This page describes updating device drivers in Windows OS.

  1. Turn On the ODROID-GOU.
  2. With the OGU connected using a standard USB-C cable, open the Device Manager and choose “Update Drivers”.
  3. Choose the option to “Browse my computer for driver software”.
  4. Then choose “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer”.
  5. Chose the option to “Show all drivers”
  6. Select “(Standard MTP device)” from the left panel.
  7. Select “MTP USB Device” from the right panel.

With the OGU connected, using a standard USB-C cable. Open the Device Manager.

In the device manager left-click on "Odroid-Go-Ultra", then right-click and select"Update Drivers".

Select the option - "Browse my computer for driver software".

Then select - "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".

Click on the top option to "Show all drivers" (this may take a moment to load the full list).

Select "(Standard MTP device)" from the left panel.

Select "MTP USB Device" from the right panel.

Read the disclaimer (you'll need to click yes to proceed.)

Success!

Go to your file explorer and click on MTP or Odroid Go ultra in order to browse the files as you please.
